This realization propelled him to pursue further education, earning a Master’s in Nutrition Science and becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) from Tufts University’s renowned Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. Kurt Washington blends his deep knowledge of medicine and nutrition into his everyday work. As a practicing physician, he specializes in gastroenterology, focusing on gut health and diet’s role in healing chronic conditions like ulcers and metabolic disorders. As a nutritionist, he emphasizes personalized dietary solutions that transform the lives of his patients by addressing their unique needs. When he's not in the clinic or the lab, Kurt is an avid writer and educator.
