Kami Holt

Kami is an Ohio native and mother of two. She developed a love for reading at a very young age. She started writing short stories and poetry in middle school as a means of healing. She quickly realized the therapeutic power that words can bring. She is also an entrepreneur as well as a Book Blogger of @KamisKurrentReads where she uses her platforms to highlight black authors in the industry. She has a passion for not only books but the black authors behind the books. Her goal is create passionate relatable Black Love stories like the ones that made her fall in love with reading, while continuing to support and uplift the black/urban fiction industry.
