Karina Inkster is a vegan fitness coach, author, and podcast host. Vegan since 2003 and vegetarian since 1998, she and her team provide a friendly kick in the butt that inspires and motivates you to live your best, healthiest, most plant-strong life. Her coaching team's award-winning online programs offer vegan fitness and nutrition coaching to clients around the world. She’s the author of five books, a writer for several magazines, and host of the No-Bullsh!t Vegan podcast (available on all major podcast platforms and syndicated on local radio). She holds a Master’s degree in Gerontology, specializing in health and aging.
