My name is Kate Dowers. I want to share my experience with losing weight and how I managed to switch to a better and healthier lifestyle. Being a 35-year-old mother, I can relate to people my age, especially women, who constantly try to reach their fitness goals but somehow keep going back to square one. I was physically tired and stressed out all the time. I wanted to feel better, but I didn't know how. So I started researching and learning everything I could about health. I learned how factors like nutrition, diet, fitness, and self-care play a crucial role in keeping us healthy and started incorporating little habits into my daily routine. I can proudly say that I am at a point in my life where I am satisfied with my body and my lifestyle. As a nutrition and fitness consultant, I want to pass on those tips and habits that made a big difference for me.
