Kate is a children's book author and podcaster from Sydney, Australia. Kate's debut picture book, Finding Granny, was shortlisted for the Speech Pathology Australia Book of the Year Award in 2019. Her second picture book, Dear Grandpa, is a heartwarming story, told entirely in letters, about the special relationship between a boy and his grandfather who stay close even when they are separated by distance. As well as being an author, Kate is also one third of the team at One More Page, a podcast for lovers of kids' books. One More Page comes out fortnightly and is packed full of interviews, book reviews, industry gossip and fabulous book giveaways. It also features a fantastic kid-centric segment called Kids' Capers, where resident kid-in-an-adult's-body, Nat, grabs a bunch of kids to help out with the podcasting. One More Page was a finalist in the Australian Podcast Awards 2018 in the Best Newcomer category.
