This book is the updated version Kathy Hull was born in Rhodesia in 1953. Her father was in Internal Affairs, and so she moved around the country and spent much of her time in the bush. She married a teacher from St. Stephens College in Balla Balla, a small village in Matabeleland. They then moved to Michaelhouse in South Africa when the school was forced to close. But her husband wanted to return to Rhodesia. He went farming and that's where he was shot and killed during the last call-up in Karoi, three days before the Cease Fire in 1979. There began her life-change. She'd become a Christian, and the Lord provided her every need for her and her two children, aged 10 months and three years old. Read the book to find out about the rest of the exciting adventures, romance, humour, tragedies and faith. Kathy's children are adults now, living on three different continents. One is in Perth doing civil and structural engineering and is married to a lovely Spanish Chilean girl. Shayne is in Zambia on a farm with her husband and two children. Jamie is in U.K. running a kitchen and bathroom refurbishing business with his wife and two girls.
