Of all titles, being mom to my two girls holds the most weight. I am currently a 2nd grade teacher here in Denver, Colorado. Recently on my own Journey to find self love, I thought about how I could teach my daughters the value of Self Love and begin helping them engage in the practice of self love at a younger age. Finding Self love requires active practice and consistent grace. Finding Self Love has not been easy for me, at 34- years- old. I wanted my daughters to be able to access a few self-love mantras as they grow into the many versions of themselves! Since kids are my favorite people, I knew I had the ability to share the practice of self love in a way that kids can understand. After a few yeas of sweat, tears, and sooooo many FEARS- Finding Self Love was created.
