Through creative writing , Kearnice Overton -a dedicated father, leader, visionary and author-strives to connect with today's youth by brining awareness to various social issues affecting their everyday lives. Inspired by the fact that our children are, indeed, our future, he directs his time, energy, and resources toward finding ways to impact their lives in a positive meaningful way. Although he writes children's books, his books aren't just for children. He hopes that parents and caregivers will use them as an opportunity to both bond and create healthy conversations. With their young ones challenges they may be facing or may one day encounter. Overton is an advocate for bully-prevention and for disadvantage youth, is the author of children's book "Daddy Says' and is currently pursuing a college degree in Business Administration.
