Hello, I'm Keith M Gilbert- Author, Football Coach, Insurance Broker and Travel Consultant. I have been writing, journaling and curating solutions for most of my adult life. I'm originally from Western New York State but currently living in Arizona. I have been a Consultant and Broker/ Agent for over 20 years while Coaching Football for over 25 years in total. I love to read and write, so I have been journaling and putting thoughts down on paper since 1998. My Background, Life and work experiences have given me much to share and talk about with all People. I'm diverse and love to be outgoing, adventurous and challenged. My writings are more about life, history and experiences while educating and enriching others to live well.
