Keith Pruitt’s multifaceted educational career has entered its fourth decade. His passion is infectious and his presentations are high octane. A noted literacy researcher, Pruitt speaks at many national and state conferences. He has authored 49 books including It’s All about Words, Why I Didn’t Drop Out,Teaching for Academic Success by Targeting Vocabulary Instruction and the series Building Meaning Through Words. His Historical Fiction works include Lee Harvey Oswald on Trial: A Novel and Sharpshooter: The Life and Times of Tilman Manus. His numerous biographies of Presidents are a part of the Hail to the Chief series. Beyond Coverup: The Coup That Murdered A President deals with the facts of the Kennedy assassination. The History of Lampley Cemetery covers 100 years of the graveyard’s history. Pruitt wrote over 500 reviews for Epinions.com. Pruitt's works have also been published in religious journals, anthologies and poetry collections. He is founder of Words of Wisdom Educational Consulting, minister, father, and grandfather. Keith enjoys reading. Baldacci, Grisham, Patterson and Karon are among his favorite storytellers. An avid music and sports lover, believe it or not in a previous life he was a country music singer (no he never cut an album) and was a basketball ref.
