Kelly's life is surrounded by Gen Z. She owns and operates 80/20 Agency, a branding agency that is staffed by Gen Z employees and interns. She and her team use their knowledge of this generation to help their clients connect to the Gen Z audience. At 5 pm each day she changes her hat and heads to Indiana University to instruct one of her two courses in two different schools (The Media School and Kelley School of Business) on branding and advertising. These Gen Z students give her more exposure to this generation, their vocabulary, and their opinions about the world. Kelly is also the mom of two Gen Zers who keep her in the know of the latest vocabulary in their daily conversations. She is always down to talk about what's hot and on-trend. #NADM (Never A Dull Moment!)
