Kem Welch

With a mother and a father who encouraged both dreaming and artful thinking, Kem spent many summers daydreaming and drawing on his uncle and aunt’s farm. An artist, creator, and dreamer, he feels fortunate to have eked out a living doing what he loves. Both art and music have contributed greatly to his survival as an adult. He has worked for television, advertising agencies, animation studios, and was a technical illustrator for various companies. He also created a holiday musical, The Heart of Christmas, produced multiple times to enthusiastic reviews. He is also the creator of an online comic strip, shamblejam.
