Ken Schramm

Ken Schramm is the owner of Schramm's Mead in Ferndale, MI, and Schramm's Orchards in Rochester Hills, MI. He is a student of beer and brewing, mead and honey fermentation, fine wine and distilled beverages. Ken is also an avid fruit grower. In his orchards, there are more than 60 varieties of apples, nine cultivars of tart cherries, and dozens of other peaches, plums, pears and different berries. Other hobbies: cooking, baking, fly fishing/fly tying, fitness, science history, a broad spectrum of music, and meeting people from around the world who live their passions.
