Ken Willard (1962 - ) was born in Decatur Georgia and grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta. After many years in retail management and the leadership training & development field, he made the transition into full-time ministry. For over ten years Ken worked with pastors and congregations around the country. His areas of focus were coaching pastors, consulting with churches, facilitating cohorts, and creating leadership development curriculum for both pastors and laity. He is a certified member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the level of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Ken is the author or co-author of seven published books, a certified On-Boarding facilitator, and a certified trainer of Intro to Situational Leadership II from the Ken Blanchard organization. Ken is now the Director of Congregational Vitality for the West Virginia annual conference of the United Methodist Church. In 1997 Ken and his wife Mary and daughter Amanda moved to the St. Louis area, where they were active members at Morning Star church. Ken and Mary now live in Charleston, WV.
