Keren Olibrice, was born in Havana, Cuba. She and her birth family migrated to the United States in 1980 via the Mariel Boat Lift. Making Miami, Florida, her hometown. Raised in the city Opa-locka, by her mother, Keren’s primary language was Spanish. As an ESOL student Keren learn the English language by watching PBS shows such as Sesame Street, reading, rainbow, and Mr. Rogers Neighborhood. Keren’s diverse, cultural setting helped, expose her to various backgrounds and communities, giving her the edge she would later use to connect and relate to diverse social and economic classes as a student of New World school of the arts in downtown Miami, getting received exposure to the world of the Arts. Although her stay abruptly ended due to family circumstances, the Arts became a part of her journey and means of expression. With an academic focus on Crisis Intervention, Keren’s studies include Early Childhood, Education, Child Psychology, and Public Administration. Using her gifts as a songstress, public speaker, and now author has found her purpose and calling through her outreach-Delivering Hope. Her desires to be the bridge that connects diversity and inclusion to the hope and love of Jesus.
