Mr. Kerry D Brackett

Dr. Kerry D. Brackett is a distinguished author and writer, with three acclaimed poetry collections: Soul Appetizer: A Sampler, An Open Table, and Surviving Myself. He published his first novel, Shadows at Sundown, in 2024. His creative work extends to spoken word art, featuring CDs such as Midnight Sunrise, Soulful Seductions, Urban Griot, and Kadence of a Poetic Gentleman, all available on his website. As the co-CEO of Kingdom Ink Entertainment, Brackett has achieved significant recognition, earning two National Poetry Awards in 2014 and 2015. A dedicated educator, Dr. Brackett teaches English and Creative Writing at a local college. He is an esteemed member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and holds a master's degree in English & Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University, acquired in 2016.
