In 1992 Kevin pursued his culinary career. He worked as a line cook at Temptations Restaurant in West Warwick, Rhode Island. Kevin then opened his own personal chef business. Chef to Go - Personal Chef Services offered a full range of cooking services. These included personal chef services, small catering, private dinner functions and cooking parties. In 2008 he opened his own catering business, A Taste of Portugal. A Taste of Portugal enhanced the Portuguese community in Rhode Island. Kevin offered some authentic Portuguese dishes as well as some traditional American favorites. 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲 – Kevin lives on an 𝐀𝐥𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐚 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦 where he raises alpacas and sells products made from their fleece. He is currently writing a children's picture book series. His children's picture book idea all started and grew out of love for these beautiful animals and the desire to have many people enjoy these stories and learn something about these fantastic animals along the way.
