Kevin Pang is the author of A Very Chinese Cookbook and is a contributing writer for The New York Times. He and his father Jeffrey hosted the YouTube Chinese cooking show, Hunger Pangs. Kevin, a James Beard Award-winner and 5-time finalist, develops recipes for NYT Cooking and was a longtime food writer at the Chicago Tribune. He's the co-director of the critically acclaimed documentary For Grace, which premiered at South by Southwest Film Festival 2015.
