Kimberley Gordon, EdD, is an American author and professional storyteller. Dr. Gordon’s first career was in Fortune 100 food companies. She held positions at the field and corporate levels. In her field work, Gordon focused on human capital management and workplace culture. She built and maintained a workforce peaking at 1300 people from 19 countries. In her corporate role, Gordon directed the development of 250 emerging leaders around the world. Gordon joined academia in 2006. While her work was focused on human resource and organizational development consulting, Gordon also taught leadership and management courses in graduate and undergraduate programs. Gordon is highly credentialed most notably as a doctor of workforce development education. She and her husband spend their free time with family exploring historical sites such as Jamestown, Virginia, and cultural sites such as Canyon de Chelly, Arizona. Gordon operates Fancy Pants Publishing, LLC, which produced The Little Jesus Chronicles she and her two grandchildren created. Dr. Gordon continues to focus on economic development and coaching leaders at all organizational levels and life stages.
