Kimberly Greene-Liebowitz is an emergency & urgent care physician living in metropolitan New York with her husband and two children. After their older child was diagnosed with celiac disease at the age of eight, Greene-Liebowitz became a celiac advocate online and locally. In her spare time, she writes, reads, creates kosher gluten-free recipes, and indulges her family’s baseball habit.
