Kobe Bogaert

Kobe has worked with private and public clients in US and Europe in technology (IT, software & hardware development, defense contractors), distribution (mass & specialty), manufacturing, healthcare, pharma, biotech, government, education, professional services (financial, engineering, consulting, accounting), construction, social media, non-profit, and foundations (small and large) for the last 25 years. His focus is on making a significant contribution to the performance of companies and their people through improved collaboration. He provides conversational skills, business process methods, and strategic tools that allow CEOs, C-Level executives, and their senior cross-functional teams to transform their organizations. As a committed lifelong learner, Kobe actively focuses on embodying new distinctions that he shares with his clients. He is dedicated to impacting leaders, so that they in turn can impact other leaders at a deeper level of awareness and everyone can thrive. This informs how he interacts with clients, colleagues, community, friends, and family. A native of Belgium, Kobe has lived in San Diego since 1995, and became a US citizen in 2010. He and his wife reside in San Diego, CA with their two teenage sons.
