Kristen Riecke

Kristen Riecke is the coauthor of No Matter How Small. She and her husband Patrick teamed up to bring you this resource on understanding miscarriage and stillbirth. In October 2000 they lost their son Stephen Daniel to a second trimester miscarriage. Since that time they have had the honor of walking alongside hundreds of other loss parents. They blend their voices and years of experience to bring you this resource filled with personal stories and practical advice. The Riecke family resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana with their four living children. Kristen helps lead several support groups for loss families and a volunteer program called Kindred Hearts at Parkview Health. Kristen and Patrick welcome the opportunity to share their knowledge and experience with others who might benefit from their work with those who grieve.
