Kristen Wood is a photographer, writer, recipe developer, and creator of the website MOON and spoon and yum where she shares family-friendly vegetarian recipes. A vegetarian for over 25 years, she draws great inspiration from the natural world and past travel experiences which she infuses into classic and unique recipes alike. Her work has been featured in various publications both online and in print. She lives in the mountains of Arizona with her two sons and the love of her life.
