Kristin Davin

Kristin J. Davin is a professor and program director of foreign language education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She holds a Ph.D. in foreign language education from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.A.Ed. in foreign language education as well as a bachelor’s degree in communications and Spanish from Wake Forest University. Her research focuses on language assessment, language teacher development, and language policies related to multilingualism. Her scholarship is informed by her prior work as a K–12 Spanish teacher.
