Kristopher Novak comes from a background as a professional working in the field of public health, researching holistic health, tobacco dependance epidemiology, and fitness for years. He is currently working towards his Nursing medical license, holds a master's degree in public health and is a PhD candidate in Health Systems and Policies (2025). Throughout his years of working in the field, he has helped create programs across multiple states in the northeast that have allowed people to quit smoking, improve their longevity, and overall health, and now serves as an Assistant Director in a statewide health system. Born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, he now lives in Belmar, New Jersey where he enjoys the beach, fitness, writing, playing guitar, and photography.
