Krystle Hunter

Krystle Hunter is a retired teacher pursuing her dream of writing novels for middle school-aged children. Growing up in central Illinois, she spent her summers playing, exploring, and dreaming in the woods behind her parents' home. Even then, she had a particular fondness for trees and their nurturing energy. Today, she and her husband enjoy gardening, ballroom dancing, traveling, and being in the stands cheering on their grandchildren in band and choir concerts, piano recitals, dance recitals, and a wide variety of sporting events. The Whisper of the Trees is Krystle's first book for young people.
