Léon B. Barrière

Mr. Barrière is a specialist in Jungian psychology. After a first mystical experience in 2010, he engaged himself in the quest to find the meaning and the origin of these experiences. For 10 years, he has searched for the best explanation of mystical experiences, but he has come to believe that no one really understands what these experiences consist of. It is in 2021, after his second mystical experience that everything became clear. He then understood that Carl Jung had spoken of these phenomena in all the last important books of his life: The Psychology of Transference, Aïon, Answer to Job and Mysterium Conjunctionis. After a few months devoted to decoding Jung's Aion, he found in it one of the most complete explanation of the three mystical experiences related to the individuation process. But Carl Jung's model did not entirely correspond to his personal path. He then developed his own hypothesis and understood that it explained everything. He could then read the Christian mystics, the Gnostics, the alchemists and the Neoplatonists because they all spoke of the development of cognitive functions that are not developed and of the mystical experiences that accompanied their development.
