Self-taught baker, Lacey Ostermann opened a micro-bakery in her home during the pandemic and sold bread, pizza dough and other baked goods to neighbours in her South East London community. After the pandemic, Lacey started sharing recipes and videos on social media and is now known for creating easy-to-follow recipe tutorials for how to make focaccia, bread and pizza. She's taught thousands of beginners how to bake bread! 3 Doughs, 60 Recipes is Lacey's debut cookbook which features some of her most viral recipes and tons new inspiration for how to enjoy bread. Originally from Northern California, Lacey is now based in East Sussex, UK where she develops recipes and creates viral videos for her accounts on Instagram and TikTok (@_lacebakes_).
