Larry Gaynor

Larry Gaynor founded TNG Worldwide in 1985 and is the Founder & CEO. Gaynor leads TNG with its mission of 100% Customer Success. TNG is a Gallup-trained organization that focuses on its employees' strengths and is what helped to make TNG a leader in the beauty industry. TNG's best-selling brands include ForPro Professional Collection and Ginger Lily Farms. TNG manufactures more than 1000 products and is an Amazon Top200 beauty reseller. Larry and his wife, Teresa, encourage a strong commitment to investing back into the community. They supported building the Pavilion and Entrepreneurial Lab at MSU which opened in September 2019. TNG was the founding sponsor of American Cancer Society's STRIDES event in Detroit and is a major sponsor of Gleaner's Food Bank. Larry won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2001 and has won numerous awards for best company to work for. When he's not innovating new products, Larry loves to play chess.
