Laura Ling

Laura Ling was born Laura Herndon in 1973 in Springfield, Missouri and grew up in Missouri and Oklahoma before moving to Texas. She has not once been in or around North Korea, acquiring her name through marriage to her soulmate. In 2008, Laura and her husband started their family with a daughter and started a journey toward positive parenting and non-violent communication. Her first published book is a collaboration with fellow positive parent Rebecca Eanes.
