Laurie Ann Thompson

Laurie Ann Thompson grew up in rural northern Wisconsin and enjoyed a career in software engineering prior to becoming an author. She now lives between the mountains and the sea in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and spends her days writing for children and young adults to help her readers--and herself--make better sense of the world we all live in.
