Lawrence W. Dickins

Lawrence W. Dickins was diagnosed with esophageal cancer in 2003. He put himself in the hands of his doctors and after chemo, radiation, and surgery, he returned to his hectic life. He was diagnosed with cancer again in 2007. At that moment, he realized the way he lived was not the best way to fight cancer. He had to change his habits, the way he worked, his mindset and his nutrition. He went through with chemo, radiation, and surgery a second time. Treatments that left him determined that this would be the last time. During that time, he studied cancer, the conventional and alternative treatments. He designed a life plan and has been free of cancer ever since. After retirement, he has dedicated his entire time writing books on the subject and helping patients get through this difficult disease. He is the author of the series Cancer: Fight to Win. He now lives in Mexico.
