I’ve always felt wired differently—like my brain didn’t work the way it was supposed to. Focus, discipline, and consistency weren’t things that came naturally to me. I’ve dealt with overthinking, second-guessing, and chasing quick fixes that never worked. But I got tired of spinning my wheels and decided to figure it out. I didn’t write books because I had everything together. I wrote them because I didn’t—and I knew other people felt the same way. Everything I’ve published is built on real experience—fighting through setbacks, getting organized, and forcing habits to stick, even when motivation didn’t. My work isn’t about hacks or shortcuts. It’s about systems that keep pushing you forward when everything else falls apart. I don’t believe in labels or excuses.
