Leslie Grossman

Hi! My name is Leslie Grossman. I’m a business coach/consultant for women executives, and entrepreneurs. I lead women’s leadership programs for organizations, including The George Washington University – Center for Excellence in Public Leadership, where I created a unique program, the Executive Women’s Leadership Program - now in its’ eighth year, with extraordinary results. In my third book, Start with Vision, I have integrated my learnings and experience as a serial entrepreneur; the founder of a national conference program for women entrepreneurs; an executive coach to men and women; a senior researcher for The Everest Project, where I interviewed over 100 women leaders in the C-suite, their CEOs, direct reports and peers; and in coaching/training well over 200 women. I learned from my experience that most super-successful people are clear about where they want to go. In other words, they have a vision for their success. That’s the start of their journey. Throughout my life, with the guidance of a coach, I created my own vision and got where I wanted to go. Once one’s Vision is clear, goals can be set to achieve it. To reach those goals, roadblocks and self-limiting beliefs must be overcome. That’s where six more tenets move into action: Presence, Mindset, Communication, Relationship building (Circles of Collaboration), Courage and Confidence. I watched, studied and tracked it in others and now I am overjoyed to share the success solution in Start with Vision. My vision is a world where gender equality is a given and no longer a goal. I work each day to make this a reality for future generations.
