Letitia Clark is an author, chef and artist. She was born and raised between Devon and Cornwall. After completing a degree and masters in English Literature she gained a first class diploma from Leith's School of Food and Wine. She then worked in a series of top London restaurants before moving to Sardinia in 2017. Her books include Bitter Honey, La Vita è Dolce, Wild Figs & Fennel and For the Love of Lemons. She acted as Stanley Tucci's guide to Sardinia in his series Searching for Italy and has written for and been featured in the Times, The New York Times, The Financial Times, Il Corriere Della Sera and many more.
