Liesje Wagner

Liesje Wagner was born in The Hague, The Netherlands, in 1954. Her family immigrated to Canada and settled permanently in 1959. She grew up in and around Toronto, Ontario and studied Fine Arts and History at York and Guelph, trained as a videographer and writer, studied journalism, and was a professional model and actor for many years. In 1995, she moved to Nova Scotia and had the privilege to live there for 23 years, during which time she owned and managed rental properties, worked in real estate, and ran a gift and antique emporium. She is avidly involved in whatever community she calls home. She is a proud mother, daughter, sister, aunt and partner.
