Lisa Bell is a Mental Fitness coach with a background in Neuroscience and Positive Intelligence. She has an MS in Biology and over 35 years of experience teaching anatomy and physiology at the college and secondary levels. An accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation, Lisa has worked internationally to educate and guide professional women to create the lives they deserve. Lisa believes Mental Fitness is an important key to building a successful life and that without it, your “self-care” foundation crumbles. She also believes that working your “mental muscles” just like your “physical muscles” will help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence, clarity, and purpose. It’s an investment in your overall well-being, empowering you to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. A sidelined triathlete, Lisa keeps active with writing, yoga, weight training, and learning mahjong and bridge. She’s also trying to improve her golf game. Lisa lives with her husband, Keith, and their two schnauzers, Boscoe and Bella, in South Florida and spends summers and autumns in New England.
