Lisa Ellen Silvestri

Lisa Ellen Silvestri is the author of the award-winning book, Friended at the Front: Social Media in the American Warzone as well as her latest book, Peace by Peace: Risking Public Action, Creating Social Change. She is coeditor of The Western Journal of Communication and has spoken at the SXSW Festival and the 92nd Street Y. She teaches at Pennsylvania State University
