
Liscar Bonilla is a Social Communicator, a Venezuelan mother of two, and a passionate advocate for breastfeeding. She holds a specialization in Political Communication and a master's degree in Public Management. Additionally, she is certified as a Breastfeeding Promoter by CELACMA and has completed the Lactation Counselor Training Course offered by The Healthy Children Project. She currently lives in Chicago, Illinois. She is the founding member and General Director of Amalactar: Lactancia y Apego, a regional initiative with a presence in Ecuador, Venezuela, Chile, and the United States, providing support and services to mothers in their breastfeeding journey for the past eight years. Author of "Breastfeeding Without Giving Up: 100 Practical Tips for a Smoother Journey", a book designed to help mothers navigate breastfeeding with confidence and ease. Through her experience and knowledge, she empowers mothers to embrace their breastfeeding journey with trust and love.
