With over two decades of experience in digital design, Lise Pilot has dedicated her career to delivering exceptional customer-centric solutions that maximize business value. Lise has expertise in every phase of the User Experience Design process, from customer discovery and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and delivery. Based on her experiences as the sole UI/UX Designer at high-tech startups and a Senior UX Leader at large, global companies such as Pitney Bowes, IBM, Citrix and UKG, Lise has become a leading expert in integrating User-Centered Design (UCD) best practices into the product development lifecycle and building high-performing UI/UX Design teams. Lise has a degree in Human Factors & Ergonomic Engineering and is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration.
