Liza Lluma is an Australian graphic designer and mother who now calls a small medieval town near the Pre-Pyrenees mountains in Catalonia, Spain her home. As an illustrator and problem-solver, Liza believes that a fulfilling life comes from being true to yourself, being kind to others, and maintaining a sense of humor. Liza is passionate about empowering people to take care of themselves and the planet, ensuring a better world for future generations. She embraces a healthy lifestyle through a plant-based diet, enjoys walks in the pine forest with her husband and dog, and practices yoga and meditation. Liza also loves getting her hands dirty in her organic vegetable garden, finding it both challenging and rewarding.
