Lt Col (Ret) Timothy R Stoy

Timothy R. Stoy is a 1981 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and served 31 years in the Infantry and as a Foreign Area Officer. He served six and a half years with the 3rd Infantry Division while it was stationed in Germany during the Cold War. He served as Historian of the Society of the 3rd Infantry Division, United States Army 2007-2017, is a past President of the Society, and is the President and Historian of the 15th Infantry Regimental Association.
