Lucas Klauss

Lucas Klauss was born and raised in Georgia. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and received an MFA in creative writing for children from the New School. His debut young adult novel, Everything You Need to Survive the Apocalypse, was named an Amazon.com Best of the Month in YA and received a starred review in Booklist. Klauss's humor writing has been featured online at McSweeney's and College Humor and was included in Splitsider's list of the Best Humor Writing of 2011. And he is a member of NYC sketch group The Bilderbergers; their videos have been on Buzzfeed, Gizmodo, Splitsider, Nerdist, The Guardian, ucbcomedy.com, and G4's Attack of the Show, among other places.
