Ludovico Saint Amour di Chanaz is an Italian-French Neuroscientist, Science Communicator, Neurodiversity Expert and Communication Trainer. He was diagnosed with ADHD at 28, a condition that shaped much of his struggles in life. Saddened by the time wasted in not knowing how his mind worked, he decided to give to others what he had been missing: knowledge. In 2022 he started speaking about ADHD on social media platforms, and in 2023 he joined Sprouts Schools as a Science Communicator where he honed his writing and synthesis skills. In January 2024 he obtained a PhD in Cognitive Neurosciences, where he researched memory formation in epilpetic patients. In December 2024, he became a certified Process Communication Trainer, and debuted as a Keynote Speaker and Neurodiversity Expert. Through his work, Ludovico promotes accessibility, openness, and self-compassion, giving to others the resources they need to heal and grow.
