Lynn Walker worked for many years with at-risk high school students whose parents were drug addicts and alcoholics. Her work with those teens compelled her to reconnect with her own estranged father, who had been a Miami undercover narcotics agent-turned-drug smuggler. What she found entangled in his story was part of her own, and she wrote her award-winning book, Midnight Calling: A Memoir of a Drug Smuggler's Daughter. Her second book, Breaking Midnight: A True Story, is about her dad’s infamous life, based on numerous interviews she conducted with him over several years. Her third book, A Perfectly Good Fantasy: A Memoir, is the darkly funny sequel to Midnight Calling. Follow her at her website: LynnWalkerMemoir or on most social media: @WalkerMemoir
