M. S. Alexander

Mitch Alexander has coached 8u-18u softball for the better part of two decades. He is a USA Softball certified coach, a Softball Excellence certified coach, and a Positive Coaching Alliance certified coach. As the most senior author at Fastpitch TV’s Fastpitch Softball Magazine, he has written over fifty softball articles, as well as a contributing author to the best-selling book, 20 Great Coaches Give You 20 Great Tools to Improve Your Game. He also wrote the best-selling fictional fastpitch softball book series on Amazon – Penny Porter the Pitcher from Pine Hills. Mitch has extensive experience helping organizations with college recruiting and- is well versed in Information Technology and making hard decisions, as he serves as CIO/CISO for a global electronics company. He has also taught graduate level classes in engineering and project management. Mitch has a master’s degree in Software Engineering and is a PhD candidate.
