MAVEN Project Physician Volunteers

MAVEN Project is a national nonprofit organization working to address the social, racial, and economic inequities in health care. MAVEN Project connects frontline providers with a network of expert physician volunteers via Telehealth for peer-to-peer consultations, medical education, and 1:1 mentoring. MAVEN Project partners exclusively with community health centers and free and charitable clinics to support patients who often face numerous barriers to specialty care, including long wait times, travel, and out-of-pocket costs. Additionally, frontline providers are supported, and the knowledge they gain with each consultation and education session is applied to future patients. MAVEN Project’s corps of volunteers draws upon years of clinical experience and earned wisdom to help frontline providers in partner clinics. Volunteers are dedicated to the organization’s mission and give generously of their time and talents.
