The author’s spiritual journey began with a traumatic event that left an indelible mark on his life. On a bitterly cold morning with dense fog patches, a plane carrying his father, Bekar, crashed just 1.5 miles east of the UK’s Gatwick Airport on January 5th, 1969. Due to pilot error, the plane was destroyed, scattering 1,400 feet of wreckage. His father was one of the eleven passengers who miraculously survived. This catastrophic event shook the author's world and, at an early age, made him start questioning the deeper purpose of life and the existence of God. His father’s survival was nothing short of miraculous. On boarding the plane in Frankfurt, Bekar swapped seats with a family wanting to sit together, volunteering his seat as a simple gesture. This act of kindness saved his life, while tragically, the family he switched with did not survive. The plane demolished a house, killing the parents yet leaving their infant with only minor injuries. The author often reflects on how this event could have drastically altered his life if his father had not survived. This contemplation led him to embark on a lifelong journey seeking answers to spirituality. Growing up with the memory of his father's narrow escape, the author delved into spiritual texts and philosophies, constantly seeking to understand the reasons behind such events. The questions that haunted him about the purpose of life, the nature of Divine intervention, and the existence of a higher power drove his spiritual exploration. Before entering high school, a pivotal moment in the author’s life occurred when a spiritually inclined neighbor introduced him to the practice of out-of-body astral projection and meditation. The author attended a very strict Christian boys-only Grammar School in the UK, an institution that upheld the practice of corporal punishment. He immersed himself in studying philosophy, psychology, group dynamics, and history, mastering the intricacies of the English language and honing his craft as a wordsmith. His academic pursuits laid a strong foundation for his future endeavors, blending intellectual rigor with spiritual exploration. In 2008, in Vancouver, Canada, the author experienced a transformative awakening following a motorcycle accident. This life-altering event wildly activated his kundalini energy, prompting him to delve deeper into spirituality and ask profoundly existential questions. His curiosity and desire to learn more were invigorated by his daughter, Michelle, who has embraced her spiritual gifts and metamorphosed into a Yogini and Holistic Energy Healer.
