Makenna Held

In 2015, sight unseen, Makenna decided to jump on the opportunity to purchase La Pitchoune, the former summer home of Julia Child to open the Courageous Cooking School, the first recipe-free pedagogical approach to cooking created in the world. She is the founder of RecipeKick, an online cooking platform dedicated to helping people cook better and runs a restaurant in Grasse, France.
