Maki Blanc

Maki Blanc (Brighton, 1984) is a home chef, passionate about all kinds of ethnic cuisines. She grew up in a melting pot of different cultures, being her father originally from Paris and her mother Japanese. The love for Asian food inherited by mom’s side mixed to the complex French flavors that her dad brought from his childhood in northern France, made her expert in both European and Asian cuisines since young age.
